When does my order ship?+
Orders ship in 2–3 weeks. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking when your set ships.
What sizes are available?+
Available in XS through XL. See the Size Guide above for detailed measurements. Both the hoodie and jogger are included in the same size — sets are not sold separately.
How do I care for the rhinestone lettering?+
Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry — this can loosen the rhinestones. Spot clean the lettering areas only. Do not iron directly on the rhinestones.
Can I exchange for a different size?+
Yes. Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items with original tags attached. Contact us at support@dontmeltapparel.com to initiate an exchange.
Is there free shipping?+
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $150. International shipping is available at a flat rate; contact us for a quote for your country.
Will there be a second drop?+
